Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of services provided by Roundtree. By booking or using any of our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Definitions

• "Roundtree" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" — the organisation providing education and document support services, based at 115 Thepkrasattri Road, Si Sunthon, Phuket 83110, Thailand.
• "Service" — any of the offerings described on our website, including the Respectful Dialogue Workshop, Records Organising Visit, and Family Library Membership.
• "User" / "Client" / "You" — any individual or household that accesses our website, enquires about, or books a service.
• "Content" — all guides, templates, checklists, and materials made available through our services.
• "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions, together with any booking confirmation.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an enquiry or booking a service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Use of our website constitutes acceptance of these terms.

3. Service Description

Roundtree provides general education workshops, on-site document organisation visits, and a library membership for household purposes. All services are delivered as general education and administrative support only. They do not constitute and should not be relied upon as professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to legal, financial, or personal guidance.

Services are available to households in and around Phuket, Thailand. We may decline service requests at our reasonable discretion.

4. Booking and Confirmation

Bookings are made by contacting us via our website, telephone, or email. A booking is confirmed when we send a written confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking with reasonable notice.

5. Payment Terms

All prices are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are as published on our website at the time of booking. Prices are inclusive of applicable Thai taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are confirmed at the time of booking. Roundtree reserves the right to adjust published prices for future bookings.

• Respectful Dialogue Workshop: ฿3,500 per session
• Records Organising Visit: ฿9,500 per visit
• Family Library Membership: ฿23,000 per year

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session or visit will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund. For the Family Library Membership, refunds are available within 14 days of initial access, provided no more than three materials have been downloaded. After this period, membership fees are non-refundable.

Roundtree reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when booking or communicating with us
• Use our services and materials for lawful household purposes only
• Not reproduce, distribute, or share library materials with third parties outside your household
• Treat our team with courtesy during visits and workshops

8. Intellectual Property

All materials provided through our services, including guides, templates, and checklists, remain the intellectual property of Roundtree. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use these materials for personal household purposes only. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute any materials without written permission.

9. Scope Limitation

Roundtree's services are education and organisation support only. We expressly disclaim any responsibility for outcomes, decisions, or actions taken by clients as a result of attending our workshops, receiving a visit, or using library materials. Nothing in our services constitutes legal, financial, psychological, or any other form of professional advice. Clients requiring such advice are directed to consult appropriately qualified professionals.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Roundtree's liability to you in connection with any service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific service. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of our services or materials.

11. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate a service agreement if a client breaches these terms, behaves in a manner that is abusive or disrespectful to our team, or misuses materials. In such circumstances, no refund will be issued for the terminated service.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services shall first be referred to informal resolution. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be referred to the courts of Phuket Province, Thailand.

14. Changes to These Terms

Roundtree may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
